华为布局 VCSEL 芯片 投资纵慧芯光

华为近期投资 VCSEL 晶片公司纵慧芯光。据企查查资料显示，华为旗下投资公司哈勃科技 6 月新增投资一家名为纵慧芯光半导体企业，但未公开具体投资金额。

IT 之家了解到，常州纵慧芯光半导体科技有限公司的工商注册信息 6 月 9 日发生变更，新增股东哈勃科技投资有限公司。具体投资金额及持股比例不详，但企业注册资本从 2000 万元人民币增至约 2117.3 万元人民币。常州纵慧芯光成立于 2015 年 11 月，是一家创新型的光电半导体企业，总部位于江苏常州，在美国、台湾都成立了全资子公司，在 17 年底和 19 年初获得两次上亿元融资。

VCSEL 即为垂直共振腔表面放射激光 (Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser, VCSEL)，简称面射型激光，由日本科学技术员的 H. Soda 与 K. Iga 等人在上世纪七十年代末提出，具备发光效率高、功耗较低、易于光纤耦合和成本较低等优势。这一技术在 2017 年，由于 iPhone X 中 3D Sensing 摄像头的应用而爆发。目前为止全球可实现 VCSEL 量产的仅五家厂商，纵慧芯光是中国第一家拥有自主知识产权的 VCSEL 芯片公司。

值得一提的是，华为旗下哈勃投资此前入股了山东天岳、杰华特微电子、上海鲲游光电、无锡好达等多家半导体企业。

The exact amount of the investment and the proportion of the shareholding are unknown, but the registered capital of the enterprise increased from RMB 20 million to rmb21.173 million. Founded in November 2015, Changzhou is an innovative optoelectronic semiconductor company headquartered in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, with wholly-owned subsidiaries in the United States and Taiwan, and received two hundred million yuan in financing in late 17 and 19.

VCSEL, a vertical cavity surface radiation laser (Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser, VCSEL), or surface laser, was proposed by H. Soda and K. Iga of Japanese science and technology in the late 1970s with the advantages of high luminence efficiency, low power consumption, easy fiber coupling and low cost. The technology exploded in 2017 thanks to the app for the 3D Sensing camera in the iPhone X. So far, only five manufacturers worldwide have realized VCSEL production, and HuiXinguang is the first VCSEL chip company in China to have its own intellectual property rights.

It is worth mentioning that Huawei’s Hubble Investment has previously invested in Shandong Tianyue, Jhuat Microelectronics, Shanghai Yuyou Optoelectronics, Wuxi GoodDa and other semiconductor enterprises.
