蚂蚁集团：香港公开发售的申请股款将分两批退回

蚂蚁集团在港交所发布公告称，兹提述蚂蚁科技集团股份有限公司日期为 2020 年 11 月 3 日

之公告，内容有关暂缓 H 股上市 ... 基于该公告所载的理由，H 股首次公开发售及 H 股上市将

不会按照招股章程所载的时间表进行。因此，本公司宣布以下有关退回香港公开发售的申请股款

的安排。香港公开发售的申请股款（连同 1.0% 经纪佣金，0.0027% 香港证监会交易徵费以及

0.005% 香港联交所交易费）将不计利息分两批退回。

Ant Group announces on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that with reference to Ant Technology Group Limited dated 3 November 2020

announcement in relation to the suspension of the listing of h shares ... For the reasons set out in that announcement, the H-share initial public offering and the listing of H-shares will be suspended.

It will not be in accordance with the timetable contained in the Prospectus. Accordingly, the Company announces the following in relation to the refund of the application monies in respect of the Hong Kong Public Offer

The arrangement for the Hong Kong Public Offer. Application proceeds from the Hong Kong Public Offer (together with 1.0% brokerage fee, 0.0027% HKSRC transaction levy and 1.0% brokerage fee).

(0.005% HKEx transaction fee) will be refunded in two installments without interest.
