So far this year, Zuckerberg’s personal wealth has grown by $7.31 billion to $85.7 billion, while Buffett’s personal wealth has slipped from $16.4 billion to $72.9 billion, slipping to fifth place on the list, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. Zuckerberg became the third richest man in the United States, behind Amazon CEO Bezos and Microsoft founder Bill Gates. Zuckerberg’s fortunes grew largely because of the rise in facebook, the social networking site he founded, which rose nearly 50 percent during the March-May rally. (Source: AP)
