Fox Business correspondent Charles Gasparino revealed on Twitter Sunday that Blackstone is discussing joining Microsoft’s acquisition of Tiktok, but he did not disclose the source. Gasparino said it was unclear whether Microsoft wanted a bid partner or whether Blackstone had decided to bid.

Gasparino also said private equity firm General Atlantic Service Co. It is also one of Microsoft’s “potential partners” but did not elaborate on which companies are also included.
