阿里云与重庆水务联合 打造中国首个全数据融合水务平台

中国首个全数据融合水务平台进入快车道！4 月 26 日，阿里云与重庆水务集团宣布，合作建设重庆智慧水务，实现大数据、云计算、物联网、人工智能等新技术与水务行业的深度融合。

重庆山高路陡，为保障供水，建有多级加压体系，是国内最复杂的供排水体系之一，这对智慧水务建设提出更高要求。据不完全统计，全国共有 3300 余家水务公司，正推进数字化转型。在此过程中，业内普遍存在功能单一、重复建设、数据割裂等痛点，智慧水务仍处于初级阶段。

重庆水务相关负责人表示，双方将基于「1+1+1+N」模式（1 个大数据平台、1 个云计算中心、1 套水务大数据标准体系和 N 个大数据人工智能创新应用场景），实现大数据、云计算、物联网、人工智能等新技术与水务行业的深度融合，共同打造具有重庆特色的智慧水务。

其中，水务物联网的建设是实现智慧水务的第一步，它将提供水务实时数据，帮助实现水资源数字化管理、水质监测、水灾预警等功能。在面临水管爆裂等突发事件时，水务物联网能最快发现定位，为应急处置提供科学决策参考。

重庆水务大数据平台将成为国内首个全数据融合的水务平台，打通实时业务数据和水务集团全生态链的系统数据，让水务体系变得更科学、更敏捷、更智慧。特别是在控漏损方面，可通过数据分析定位水漏损的可能区域，及时安排人员处置，实现人员、设备的实时数字化运维，从而提高处理效率、节省水资源。

阿里云相关负责人表示，在实现水务数字化、自动化的基础上，探索多场景的大数据、人工智能应用落地，是未来智慧水务发展的主旋律。依托于阿里生态体系，基于水务中台，阿里云可提供丰富的业务新场景和应用。

此前，阿里云已在江西、深圳、上海等地实现了水务项目落地，并与江西水务共同发起水务中台联盟，推动水务行业数字化转型。

The head of Chongqing water said that the two sides will be based on the “1 + 1 + 1 + n” mode (1 big data platform, 1 cloud computing center, 1 set of water big data standard system and n Big data artificial intelligence innovation application scenarios), to achieve the deep integration of new technologies such as big data, cloud computing, Internet of things, artificial intelligence and water industry, to jointly build a smart water industry with Chongqing characteristics.
Among them, the construction of the water Internet of things is the first step to realize intelligent water services. It will provide real-time data of water services to help realize the functions of digital management of water resources, water quality monitoring, flood warning, etc. In the face of water pipe burst and other emergencies, the water Internet of things can find the location as soon as possible, providing scientific decision-making reference for emergency disposal.
Chongqing water big data platform will become the first all data integration water platform in China. It will get through the real-time business data and the system data of the whole ecological chain of the water group, so as to make the water system more scientific, more agile and more intelligent. Especially in the aspect of leakage control, the possible area of water leakage can be located through data analysis, and personnel disposal can be arranged in time to realize real-time digital operation and maintenance of personnel and equipment, so as to improve the processing efficiency and save water resources.
Alibaba cloud’s relevant person in charge said that on the basis of digitalization and automation of water services, exploring the landing of multi scenario big data and artificial intelligence applications is the main theme of the future development of intelligent water services. Relying on the Alibaba ecosystem and based on the water middle platform, Alibaba cloud can provide a wealth of new business scenarios and applications.
Previously, Alibaba cloud has implemented water projects in Jiangxi, Shenzhen, Shanghai and other places, and jointly launched a water China Taiwan alliance with Jiangxi water to promote the digital transformation of the water industry.
