苹果承认视网膜屏MacBook Air防反射涂层存在问题

PingWest品玩3月27日讯，据Macrumors报道，苹果本周在与苹果授权服务提供商共享的备忘录中指出，配备视网膜显示屏的MacBook Air可能会出现屏幕反射涂层脱落的问题。

之前苹果只针对MacBook Pro与12英寸的MacBook进行了屏幕涂层脱落的质量维护计划。具体措施是将涂层脱落问题质保延长到了4年。从2015年到2017年之前的MacBook Pro与12寸MacBook都可以进行免费保修。

苹果内部已针对防反射涂层问题提供免费维修程序，尽管在文档中其他地方提到，但仍未将任何MacBook Air型号添加在列。苹果公司需要至少承认MacBook Air可能会出现此问题，客户才有可能享受到免费的保修期内维修服务。目前还没有官方针对MacBook Air的召回计划。

苹果于2018年10月在MacBook Air上添加了视网膜显示屏，此后所有型号的苹果笔记本电脑采用视网膜显示屏。

Apple has provided a free repair program for anti reflective coating problems internally, and although mentioned elsewhere in the document, no MacBook Air models have been added to the list. Apple needs to at least admit that the MacBook Air may have this problem, so that customers can enjoy free maintenance during the warranty period. There is no official recall plan for the MacBook Air.
Apple added a retina display to the MacBook Air in October 2018, and since then all Apple laptops have adopted retina displays.
