云成为必选而不是备选
北森联合创始人兼 CEO 纪伟国先生发表了《iTalentX——数字化人力资源管理新引擎》的主题演讲。他指出,在人力资源数字化选型方面,云已经成为必选而不是备选。无论从部署的灵活性、适应业务变化的敏捷性,还是保卫现金流的角度看,云无疑是企业的最佳选择。

纪伟国介绍,在疫情期间,北森的 HR SaaS 软件迅速迭代,接连推出健康打卡、无接触招聘、无接触打卡、办公协同等多个战「疫」解决方案,这种敏捷性是安装版软件无法做到的。以健康打卡为例,基于 PaaS 平台的强大开发能力,北森在 7 个小时内就完成了产品设计和上线,800 余家客户在疫情期间使用此功能防控疫情。上海链家人力资源总经理兰馨女士在发布会现场连线时表示,「疫情期间,北森团队除了快速帮我们上线了无接触招聘产品外,还在 1 天的时间内完成了在 Offer 中可直接查看 HR 联系方式的新功能开发及上线,提升了新员工入职效率。」

HR SaaS 从单品时代走向一体化时代

据介绍,北森学习云是专为企业用户打造的云端学习平台,无需专人维护即可帮助企业以低成本的方式快速构建企业人才培养平台,快速建立与组织目标、绩效一致的人才培养体系,有效支撑企业战略落地。On-boarding 则打通了人事与招聘系统,让 HR 内部协同及员工信息管理更高效。个税通直接对接了税局个税系统,一键申报缴税,报税工作更简单。云社保则预置了 300 余个城市和地区的社保、公积金缴交政策,HR 只需一键同步即可准确获取全国的社保、公积金变化。
