Gartner：预计 2020 年中国云服务支出将逆势增长 19%
根据美国咨询公司 Gartner 预测，受新冠疫情影响，2020 年中国 IT 支出总额预计将达到 2.77 万亿人民币，比 2019 年下降 2.3%。2020 年 IT 支出的所有领域都将出现下滑，其中设备与数据中心系统的支出降幅最大。但是由于新冠疫情持续促进远程办公领域发展，因此公有云服务等细分领域预计将成为亮点，在 2020 年将增长 19%。基于云的电话以及短信、基于云的线上会议也将呈现高水平的支出增长，分别为 8.9% 和 24.3%。
According to Gartner, a U.S. consulting firm, total IT spending in China is expected to reach 2.77 trillion yuan in 2020, down 2.3 percent from 2019. It will decline in all areas of IT spending in 2020, with the largest declines in equipment and data center systems. However, as the new crown outbreak continues to drive the telecommuting sector, segments such as public cloud services are expected to be the highlight, growing by 19% by 2020. Cloud-based calls, as well as text messages and cloud-based online conferencing, will also show high levels of spending growth, at 8.9% and 24.3%, respectively.
