软银：马云将于6月25日从董事会辞职
软银集团（Softbank Group）18日宣布，阿里巴巴集团创办人马云将于6月25日辞去软银董事会的职务，公司会在下月的年会上向董事会提出3名新的董事人选，包含软银首席财务官后藤芳光（Yoshimitsu Goto）。

马云与软银集团创办人孙正义有深厚交情，两人在2000年就相识，软银也于同年投资了阿里巴巴2000万美元，此次投资也被认为是软银最成功的一笔投资。

马云去年与孙正义在东京大学公开对谈时透露，孙正义原先打算投资阿里巴巴的金额更高，达到5000万美元，但被他拒绝，因认为投资金额过于庞大。孙正义则坦言，当年投资阿里巴巴完全是出于直觉。

马云2019年9月辞去阿里巴巴董事会主席后，便将重心转往慈善活动，在辞去软银董事后，预计还将逐步卸下其它企业的职务。
Softbank: Ma Yun will resign from the board of directors on June 25
Ma Yun, founder of Alibaba group, will resign from the board of directors of Softbank on June 25, the Softbank group announced on June 18. The company will propose three new directors to the board of directors at its annual meeting next month, including Yoshimitsu goto, chief financial officer of Softbank.
Ma Yun and sun Zhengyi, founder of Softbank group, have deep friendship. They met in 2000. Softbank also invested 20 million US dollars in Alibaba in the same year. This investment is also considered as the most successful investment of Softbank.
In a public meeting with sun Zhengyi at Tokyo University last year, Ma Yun revealed that sun Zhengyi had intended to invest a higher amount of US $50 million in Alibaba, but he refused because he thought the amount of investment was too large. Sun Zhengyi said frankly that the investment in Alibaba at that time was entirely intuitive.
After resigning as chairman of Alibaba’s board of directors in September 2019, Ma Yun shifted his focus to charity activities. After resigning as a director of Softbank, he is expected to gradually remove other companies.
