With its focus on 5g technology and edge computing, confirmed is an ideal acquisition target for large cloud service providers who want to enter into telecom business in depth. Befirmed raised a total of $155 million before being acquired by Microsoft, according to CrunchBase, an enterprise services database company. The company has more than 100 telecom enterprise customers, including at & T, orange, Vodafone, TELUS, turkcell and STC.
