日本新冠肺炎病例增至524例 3-10

　　此外，“钻石公主”号邮轮确诊病例数为696例，其中不包括各国接回船上人员后确诊的病例，也不包括船上隔离期满回家后被确诊的日本人。
　　截至目前，在日本确诊的患者中有16人死亡（含邮轮7人），56人重症（含邮轮），346人出院（含邮轮）。
　　日本47个都道府县已有34个出现确诊病例。目前确诊病例较多的地区为北海道（108例）、爱知县（86例）、东京都（64例）、大阪府（55例）和神奈川县（41例）。
　　据日本共同社10日报道，日本内阁会议当天出台《新型流感等对策特别措施法》修正案，在新冠肺炎疫情下，授权日本首相在必要时发布“紧急事态宣言”，可宣布日本进入紧急状态。该修正案同日将提交国会审议，预计13日通过。日本政府针对新冠肺炎疫情发布“紧急事态宣言”时，各都道府县知事可依法要求居民停止外出或学校停课等。
