甲骨文第三财季净利润 25.71 亿美元 同比下降 6%

该财季,不按照美国通用会计准则,甲骨文净利润为 31.60 亿美元,与去年同期的 31.56 亿美元相比基本持平,不计入汇率变动的影响为同比增长 1%;每股摊薄收益为 97 美分,与去年同期的 87 美分相比增长 11%,不计入汇率变动的影响为同比增长 12%,超出华尔街分析师此前预期。
甲骨文第三季度运营利润为 35.28 亿美元,同比增长 4%,不计入汇率变动的影响为同比增长 5%;运营利润率为 36%,高于去年同期的 35%。不按照美国通用会计准则,甲骨文第三季度运营利润为 43.57 亿美元,同比增长 2%,不计入汇率变动的影响为同比增长 3%;运营利润率为 44%,与去年同期相比持平。
甲骨文第三财季总运营支出为 62.68 亿美元,与去年同期的 62.15 亿美元相比增长 1%,不计入汇率变动的影响为同比增长 2%。其中:云服务和授权支持支出为 9.91 亿美元,与去年同期的 9.37 亿美元相比增长 6%,不计入汇率变动的影响为同比增长 7%;
业绩方面,甲骨文第三财季云服务和授权支持业务营收为 69.30 亿美元,同比增长 4%,不计入汇率变动的影响为同比增长 5%;在总营收中所占比例为 71%,高于去年同期的 69%。云授权和现场授权业务营收为 12.31 亿美元,同比下降 2%,不计入汇率变动的影响为同比持平;在总营收中所占比例为 12%,低于去年同期的 13%。硬件业务营收为 8.57 亿美元,同比下降 6%,不计入汇率变动的影响为同比下降 5%;在总营收中所占比例为 9%,低于去年同期的 10%。业务营收为 7.78 亿美元,同比下降 1%,不计入汇率变动的影响为同比持平;在总营收中所占比例为 8%,与去年同期的 8% 相比持平。

Oracle’s third quarter operating profit was $3.528 billion, up 4% year-on-year, and the impact of exchange rate changes not included was 5% year-on-year; its operating profit margin was 36%, up 35% year-on-year. Not in accordance with US GAAP, Oracle’s operating profit in the third quarter was US $4.357 billion, a year-on-year increase of 2%, excluding the impact of exchange rate changes, a year-on-year increase of 3%; its operating profit margin was 44%, flat compared with the same period last year.
Oracle’s total operating expenses in the third quarter were $6.268 billion, up 1% from $6.215 billion in the same period last year, and the impact of exchange rate changes not included was a 2% year-on-year increase. Among them, cloud service and authorization support expenditure was $991 million, an increase of 6% compared with $937 million in the same period of last year, and the impact of exchange rate changes not included was a year-on-year increase of 7%;
In terms of performance, Oracle’s revenue of cloud services and authorized support business in the third fiscal quarter was US $6.93 billion, a year-on-year increase of 4%, and the impact not included in the exchange rate change was a year-on-year increase of 5%; the proportion in total revenue was 71%, higher than 69% in the same period last year. The revenue of hardware business was $857 million, down 6% year-on-year, and the impact of excluding exchange rate change was 5% year-on-year; the proportion of total revenue was 9%, down 10% year-on-year. The business revenue was US $778 million, down 1% year-on-year, and the impact of exchange rate changes was flat year-on-year; the proportion of total revenue was 8%, flat compared with 8% in the same period last year.
“We achieved extremely strong quarterly results, excluding the impact of exchange rate changes, with total revenue up 3% year-on-year,” said safra Katz, Oracle’s chief executive. Excluding the impact of exchange rate changes, the revenue of subscription business composed of cloud service and authorized support revenue increased by 5% year-on-year.
