新开普 2019 年营收 9.64 亿,净利润同比增长 64%
芥末堆 4 月 17 日讯,近日,新开普(300248.SZ)发布 2019 年年报,营收达 9.64 亿元,同比增长 15.09%,归属于上市公司股东净利润为 1.57 亿元,比上年同期增长 64.07%。
报告期主要业务或产品数据显示,2019 年度,智慧校园应用解决方案实现营业收入 5.42 亿,比上年同期增长 9.85%。 智慧校园云平台解决方案实现营业收入 1.28 亿,比上年同期增长 45.12%。
据悉,新开普的主营业务为智能一卡通系统的软件及各种智能终端的研发、生产、集成、销售和服务,针对大学的校园一卡通解决方案是其重要的业务之一。
从教育信息化起家到发力智慧校园,新开普去年在智慧校园上动作频频。与关联方共同投资设立智慧校园规划研究院、增资控股希嘉教育,利用其大数据平台等完善智慧校园生态建设。
新开普董事长杨维国曾表示,校园信息化之外,新开普也在拓展移动互联网和职业教育业务。此前报告显示,移动互联网业务即新开普独立运营的完美校园 APP 为高校学生提供校园生活服务,截至目前,已累计接入国内 1000 多所高校,累计上线注册 1400 万大学生用户,累计实名 认证用户数量接近 1200 万人 ,平均月活跃度为 50% 左右。
在职业教育业务中,新开普选择与院校合作共建专业。与此同时,新开普旗下子公司完美数联也于去年增资控股华驰联创,进入高校就业创业服务领域,将实现大学生、高校、用人企业端的强连接,实现学生求职和企业校园招聘场景在「完美校园」App 端、支付宝小程序端的落地实现。同时,可依托自身 SaaS 服务、 企业服务能力等联动优势,构筑校园招聘壁垒。
新开普正希望从软件加硬件设计、开发、制造供应商,转型成教育供应商,而利用资本方式加大投资并购规模,可从内生、外延两条发展路径,迅速提升公司的竞争力。
