众泰汽车至暗时刻：半月内两位高管辞职，预计 2019 年亏损 60 亿

亏损数十亿的众泰汽车正面临艰难时刻。

3 月 17 日，众泰汽车发布公告称，董事会于近日收到公司副总裁邓晓明先生递交的书面辞职报告，邓晓明先生因个人原因，辞去公司副总裁职务。邓晓明先生辞去公司副总裁职务后不再担任公司其他任何职务，其辞职不会影响公司正常生产经营活动。

众泰汽车表示，邓晓明及其配偶未持有公司股份。据 2018 年财报显示，邓晓明税前薪酬为 40 万元。

就在官宣邓晓明辞职的当天，众泰汽车宣布，为了保障公司的全资三级子公司湖南江南汽车制造有限公司（以下简称「江南汽车」）营运资金正常周转，确保完成各项车型的产销，公司将为江南汽车向华融湘江银行股份有限公司湘潭分行申请 5.5 亿元整授信提供连带责任保证，保证期间为自主合同项下的贷款期限届满之次日起三年。

上述变动凸显了众泰汽车经营遭遇危机。
